Condominium Association Governance

Middlegate Mews Condominium Association , Inc. is organized as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of New Jersey and subject to the provisions of New Jersey's Condominium Association Act.

The Mews has a five-person Board of Directors as provided in the Master Deed and by-laws. Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting in September by unit owners and serve staggered two year terms. They meet approximately six times a year at the Clifton Memorial Public Library, Main Branch, on Piaget Avenue. Unit owners are welcome to attend those meetings. Meeting notices, date changes, adjournments are posted on a bulletin located on the maintenance shed near the pool.

The Board of Directors is responsible for and charged with maintaining the physical site, budgeting and other aspects of Association operations for the benefit of unit owners. Unit owners may attend board meetings to ask questions or express concerns or contact the Managing Agent, Thomas Marsich & Shelby Evans (973) 785-0441, manager@delevcorp.com. The Managing Agent should also be contacted in case of emergency at that number. Unit owners may also contact a member of the Board with questions/concerns if they wish.

The Board of Director's meetings are held at the Clifton Memorial Public Library (Main Branch), at 7:00 PM.
All unit owners are welcome to attend.
